PLANTING TREES FOR EVERY APPRENTICESHIP ACHIEVEMENT

Empowering Apprentices While Nurturing Our Planet

At Norton Webb Limited, we believe that apprenticeships should not only shape careers but also contribute to a sustainable future. That’s why we’ve forged a powerful partnership with Creating Tomorrow’s Forests. For every apprentice who successfully completes a course with Norton Webb, a tree will be planted in their honour. This initiative, which began in March 2024, reflects our commitment to nurturing both skills and nature.

Why Trees Matter

Trees play a vital role in maintaining ecological balance. They absorb carbon dioxide, release oxygen, and provide habitat for countless species. By planting trees, we contribute to cleaner air, healthier ecosystems, and a more sustainable planet. At Norton Webb Limited, we recognise that our apprentices are not just learners; they are environmental stewards.

Partnering with Creating Tomorrow’s Forests

Our collaboration with Creating Tomorrow’s Forests supports investment in nature restoration and afforestation projects in the UK, fighting climate change and restoring biodiversity. Alongside Creating Tomorrow's Forests, we are working towards creating thriving forest ecosystems in the UK that increase biodiversity. Only native tree species are planted, ensuring that the forests are resilient and high in biodiversity.

Our first trees are being planted at Sanctuary Lake, Dorset.

Celebrating Milestones with Trees

Imagine completing your apprenticeship and having a tree planted in your name! At Norton Webb Limited, we celebrate our apprentices’ achievements by dedicating a tree to each successful graduate.

If you’re an apprentice with Norton Webb Limited, congratulations! Your journey will not only lead to professional growth but will also contribute to a greener planet.

Norton Webb Limited’s commitment to tree planting exemplifies how businesses can integrate sustainability into their core values. By nurturing skills and nature simultaneously, we set an inspiring example for the apprenticeship community. Let’s celebrate apprenticeships, one tree at a time!
